I am a Non binary Person who has come to a point where I need to ask for help. A year ago I had started my process for top surgery. After talking with counselors and meeting with different surgeons I had thought I found a surgeon that would take my insurance and preform my SX. We scheduled a date back in January and I thought I was on the road to feeling free in my own body. My very supportive amazing wife and I paid for a hotel to stay at during my recovery. Come to find out the night before my SX the hospital called to tell me my surgeon had not called to get my insurances approval for the SX and that they won't be able to proceed with the procedure. Heart Breaking News! Searching for a new surgeon in my state that would take my insurance is quite impossible and now we have to pay out of pocket. I cannot express how hard this is for me to ask for help but here I am. Thank you for your donations and or just listening to my story. Bye for now.
