Help Our Newborn Fight Through Heart Surgery
Our precious baby boy is only one day old, and already he is facing the fight of his life. He has been diagnosed with Total Anomalous Pulmonary Venous Return (TAPVR), a rare and life-threatening congenital heart condition. At just a single day old, he is undergoing open-heart surgery at Boston Children’s Hospital, one of the best places in the world for pediatric heart care.
The journey ahead is long and overwhelming. His treatment and recovery are expected to take at least eight weeks, during which we must stay close to the hospital to be by his side. As parents, our hearts ache, but our faith is strong. We believe that his kind little heart will carry him through this battle, and that one day his smile and gentle eyes will light up the world around him.
