My experience with Spotfund has been very positive. Setting up and managing my donation campaign was simple, and I was able to request a payout without any issues. Even while my campaign was still live, the payout process was clear and well explained. Customer support was excellent, they responded quickly, reviewed my request, and kept me informed every step of the way. The transparency and professionalism gave me confidence in using the platform. We used Spotfund for our December Give Back Initiative. Set up was easy and funds were available 2 business days after closing fundraiser.

Easy to Use - Exactly What We Needed

Everything worked exactly as advertised! It was easy to set up, collect money, and then transfer money to my bank account. We will definitely use again for next year's fundraiser!

Spotfund’s customer support was incredibly helpful and responsive while I was setting up my fundraiser to save my home during a very difficult time. They guided me through posting my campaign and made the process feel manageable when I was overwhelmed. I truly appreciate their support and care.

The registration on spotfund was easy

The registration on spotfund was easy, the communication via e-mails throughout the whole fundraising process was very helpful, spotfund team guides you on what would be the most effective way to spread the word out. During my registration I entered a wrong bank data, I messaged the spotfund team, got complete answer on how to resolve my mistake and everything was fine in the end. Recommend that platform to raise money for any unexpected situation you are in.

Spot Fund had very low fees and they did an amazing job reminding me to continually post. The site was easy to navigate and it was a good fundraising website!!! Thank you !!!

I shared this on Facebook repeatedly and asked my friends to do the same. I shared it with alumna from my college, and current students with whom I am earning my Master's degree. They helped me pay for half of my elderly father's furnace. It was awesome. And it was so easy to do.
