Last year, my husband and I were sure that our marriage was over. After our second son was born, he wanted to keep our family together but I didn't. He asked me to move to a new state to start fresh, moving states has always been in the back of our minds. I kept saying no. I eventually desperately prayed for God to please Guide me. I asked God to show me a specific sign within 3 days and sure enough he did, I couldn't say it was a coincidence. After that, many little "coincidences" that led to our decision to move states. Did we want too? No but yes… My husband had to sell a successful business he built from zero, we were both leaving our families, the Bay Area was home for 28 years. We were scared, sad, doubtful. But we were more scared to be disobedient. We left our comfortable life in Cali and moved to Georgia. We moved with no jobs lined up, just some passive monthly income that wouldn't be enough and a lot of faith. It's been hard, lots of tears, many thoughts if we made the right decision.
Me winning mom of the week on the week of my wedding anniversary made me feel like God sees me and hears me, like I said, a God Wink.
I feel like it was his way of saying you're doing the right thing, keep going, I got you.
It's been 2 months since we moved. Thank God my husband's new business here is going good enough right now but we did have to get into alot of debt to move to Georgia. Which will now be paid off
I have a 7 month old and 5 year old and I reallyyyyyyy didn't want to get a job and now I won’t have too anytime soon if ever.
