I am the wife of Dr. Shahriar Setoudeh-Maram, we have 6 children and 2 grandchildren. I am the CEO of M. C. Health Care, P. A.  I hold a PhD. in Psychology and actively work in a clinical setting performing pre-dementia and Alzheimer’s screenings. My life purpose is empowering people and my motto is and has always been: “Help those that can never repay you.” My passions entails community service, traveling and chairing charities. My hobbies include downhill skiing, running marathons and am an avid reader.

My platform is Alzheimer’s Awareness. There isn’t a cure and the number of people being diagnosed with ALZ disease is climbing in numbers daily. I am in the race and the fight to cure this awful disease.

I am a community activist and a goal oriented achiever.

Still She Rose is a wellness program for leaders, women and teens in the pageant industry. Funded by the B4ACUSA Foundation, wellness program initiatives are open to all pageant community members.

The ROSE is symbolic of the spirit that grows within each of us when proper care and attention is applied.

Together, we can encourage wellness through self care, positive body image, renewed self esteem and affirmation of one's identity beyond pageantry. We aim to engage in a conversation of support, honesty, reflection and awareness, in order to promote wellness as the foundation of the pageant industry.

Because each of us can say, She Struggled; and Still She Rose.
