On Saturday night, 23-year-old Kevin was involved in a devastating accident that has changed his life forever. He was hit and run over by a semi-truck and then immediately flattened by a second car, in a double hit-and-run. The impact of both collisions left him severely injured with multiple fractures including blood in his lungs, broken bones in his neck and both of his legs. It is a miracle he survived, but the road to recovery will be long and uncertain.
As if the physical and emotional trauma weren't enough, Kevin is also facing the unimaginable struggle of homelessness. With ambitious plans to join the EMT program, go to school, and find stable housing, Kevin is now enormously setback due to this tragic accident.
Kevin has always been a kind, hopeful and hardworking young man and he needs our help now more than ever.
