ATTENTION- UPDATE AT BOTTOM...I'M ABOUT TO LOSE MY FAMILY

Y'all, i don't know what else to do.  I have been in CONSTANT severe burning  pain for the last 3 months. It is a deep pain across my back and around my sides. It does not let up. It is ALWAYS there. I have been to the ER three times out of unbearable pain, and nothing was found. I am needing 2 MRIs on my lower and middle back. I cannot work. I am on a leave of absence from my job. And I can't even work at my side hustle Uber job. It's too much to sit up for more than 2 hours at a time. To this point, i have stayed off of narcotic pain killers, because i am in recovery and don't want to touch them. I'm ready for some kind of solution, though. It's hard to ask for help.  But, I have rent to pay, a few hundred in bills, food, and more copayments for upcoming MRIs ($500 each) and tests and doctor visits. And that's with me having insurance. So everything has just added up. And i have no way to pay any of this. My Mom's on retirement. And my girlfriend is a single working Mom. So they can't really help. I keep thinking I can push through this pain and get back to at least Uber. Everytime i drive more than an hour, I start feeling like I'm going to throw up from the pain. I am very worried, but I am just doing the next right thing, and i'm just trying to keep a positive attitude. It is hard, when every morning i wake up to shooting pain..
