For most of my life I have always been taught to treat others how you'd want to be treated. It wasn't until I was an adult that I learned you also have to treat yourself how you want to be treat others. I learned through my personal experiences with a mental health disorder as well as a loss survivor of suicide, that what seeds you plant in your mind and heart and feed daily through your thoughts and experiences are what take root. Thankfully my seed of faith has gotten me through many years of struggles. My goal as International Ms Pennsylvania 2025 will be to create events that focus on self-love to better increase mental heath and suicide prevention. I hope to then "plant the seed" of change around mental health awareness and most of all create "the change we want to see in the world."

Still She Rose is a wellness program for leaders, women and teens in the pageant industry. Funded by the B4ACUSA Foundation, wellness program initiatives are open to all pageant community members.
The ROSE is symbolic of the spirit that grows within each of us when proper care and attention is applied.
Together, we can encourage wellness through self care, positive body image, renewed self esteem and affirmation of one's identity beyond pageantry. We aim to engage in a conversation of support, honesty, reflection and awareness, in order to promote wellness as the foundation of the pageant industry.
Because each of us can say, She Struggled; and Still She Rose.
