Hello. I am Aurelia - International Ms. Caribbean Islands 2025. The story below is not just a part of my story, but the story of many.
Giftedness is a form of neurodivergence. Oftentimes, people who are gifted are exploited for their talents and are constantly pressured to offer their skills to benefit others while being otherwise neglected. In some cases, this leads to depression.
Particularly, gifted women sometimes never reach their potential due to social hierarchies that do not include them. They may encounter managers that decide to use their skills to obtain their own promotions and then they are discarded to the bottom of the corporate ladder. Furthermore, these women may be frequently given assignments that offer little to no intellectual stimulation in order to further denigrate or remove intellectually-related psychological support. These women leave the corporate world in a state of emotional shock and depression.
These women must feel welcome to discuss their experiences and be supported so that they “rise like a phoenix from the ashes”. Still She Rose is an organization that offers such support and opportunities so that women may rekindle their love for contributing to society and restore their psychological health.
Please consider supporting Still She Rose and let us rise together from the pit of shame to which we may have been condemned to live beyond the peak of that which was once perceived to be unattainable.

Still She Rose is a wellness program for leaders, women and teens in the pageant industry. Funded by the B4ACUSA Foundation, wellness program initiatives are open to all pageant community members.
The ROSE is symbolic of the spirit that grows within each of us when proper care and attention is applied.
Together, we can encourage wellness through self care, positive body image, renewed self esteem and affirmation of one's identity beyond pageantry. We aim to engage in a conversation of support, honesty, reflection and awareness, in order to promote wellness as the foundation of the pageant industry.
Because each of us can say, She Struggled; and Still She Rose.
