On the morning of July 23, the ceiling in our main bedroom fell on me and my wife. After over a months worth of maintenance requests sent in to the property management, they decided to only work on one leak leaving the one in that bedroom available to fall on us. Now just about everything we own in that room is covered in mold because there was so much of it in the ceiling. 

We are now being faced with being let out of our lease with no penalties but that means we also have to come up with the funds to move. Our goal may seem like a lot but please remember this will be covering things like deposits, application fees, first and last months rent, moving vehicles and lost wages for both my wife and myself. Additionally we are looking for legal counsel on this matter so anything made here would go towards that as well.
