I met Robin a few months ago. I'm serious when I say she is one of the most exceptional people I've ever met. She is kind, considerate, thoughtful. It took me awhile to figure out she's in a tough situation, because she doesn't complain. Long story short, she has debilitating migraines that keep her from working like she wants to. She does have a job, and they provide accommodation for her inability to show up regularly, but she doesn't get paid when she can't go. She doesn't drink or smoke or do drugs. She is on medication, but it's not working; she does have health insurance (at least for now) and a roof over her head, and a car. But she has no money for gas, food, phone, and her medication. She has no regular family support. She is applying for social security disability, but I understand that can be a long and discouraging process. In the meantime she needs some help. I took her groceries last week, but she needs a lot more help to bridge the gap. She doesn't know I'm doing this, and I've never done anything like this before now. Please help me help her. Thanks so very much.
