On Thursday evening, June 3rd, the Johnson Family located on Nabb Ave in Millville, NJ lost their home due to a fire. Mrs. Johnson, 76 years old, was placed on hospice care a month ago and was bedridden when the fire broke out. Thankfully, a volunteer firefighter was on his way home from work when he received the call and was around the corner from the house and stopped to pull both Mrs. & Mr. Johnson out safely.
The family lost many personal items including debit/credit cards, family photos, clothes, all food items, laptops, furniture, etc. Mrs. Johnson is a strong survivor of both lung and breast cancer. She loved to serve her community and was always willing to help those in need. She served the public education system for several years serving her community. She served for Zeta Phi Beta, Eastern Stars, NAACP, John Wesley United Methodist Church and Vineland Developmental Center. Some of which she ran some of the mentioned organizations. She and her husband, Mr. Jonhson would greatly appreciate any donation amount as they are very much in need at this time!
Thank you for all your help!
