Hello everyone my name is Jordon Koebel. Im 22 and currently the foreman at Lusterstone surfacing company and have the opportunity to grow the business past its Omaha origins. I have been with the company for a number of years and have learned just about everything I need to know to create something of my own while also continuing my career with Lusterstone. I am looking to start up a winter operation out of state, in Las Vegas and need some help gathering inventory. I do not have the funds to freight hazardous materials or purchase them. I am currently working on a proposal and come to realize I cannot rely on my employer and his materials as that is out of bounds in my business model. As a young entrepreneur I know the greatest achievements are earned. I have worked very hard as some of you know to be in the position I am at but am currently at a road block in my life. I would be forever in your debt if even a quarter was sent to help me achieve a bigger brighter future for my family and Lusterstone. I have poured countless hours into this company with great fruition as seen by my position within my company. I am thankful to my employer as he has given me an opportunity I cannot pass up. I will not be leaving Lusterstone in pursuit of a greener grass but rather using this winter operation to both fund my family and to invest into Lusterstone to eventually purchase the company. I want to show I have what it takes to sell, propose and manage a business at whatever cost to me and mine. If you could spare even a dollar I greatly appreciate it.
