September 20, 2022 our 9 year old son was diagnosed with Pethes disease. He is no longer able to play football, and has basically been told no activities until further notice. He will need several treatments with his first being put in a Petrie cast for 6 weeks. Following his casting he will possibly need a hip surgery that will have him down for almost 12 weeks. During this time we will be down to one income unless I am able to work part time depending on his care needs. Any help will be greatly appreciated. This kid has been so optimistic up until this point. Prayers are greatly needed during this time.

First procedure done, Petrie cast for 6 weeks to hopefully get inflammation down and range of motion back in the left hip
