*Pancake

This is pancakes he's around a year and four months. On November 10th at 11:30 in the morning he was dropped by a " friend " that is 5'11. i've told her multiple times to not pick him up because he does not like it but she didn't listen. To make matters worse his head and his back legs were going in the opposite direction. He started freaking out because he does not like being picked up never mind not feeling safe if he was picked up. So he jumped...She didn't try to catch him or anything. She swore up and down he was OK until he started bleeding once we got the bleeding to stop we noticed it was coming from his nail. Fast forward to a few days he's limping now refuses to put weight on the foot and won't let you touch it. Today I called about five emergency vets and was told at least going to be $600. ( without an x-ray or anything that's just to get him in)  I asked her for $400 out of the six. Seeing as she is the reason he is hurt. She's refusing to Help out in any way and is telling me this is all my fault somehow. I've also been told if I wait longer than a week and his foot is broken it's going to heal wrong and I'm going to have to pay $4000 in surgery or make a choice to put him down. He has been in so much pain he won't move he can't lay down  and he's keeping his arm tucked up like he only has one front foot. I hate asking for money but I'm at the point where I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do.
