My dad left his house to me when he passed 5 years ago. The mortgage company, Mr. Cooper, found a way to steal it from us. We need to either pay them $50,000 or buy a home that can fit my family of 8 and all our animals. We have looked in to renting and we will have to find homes for our pets. We have had them for years and they are part of us. We have tryed to get loans and we are 20-35 points off from all these banks giving us a loan. Such small numbers controlling our lives. We are looking buy a home closer to my husband's family, they have had many health issues in the last few years. My kids have been around these animals since they where little, the youngest is 8 and has never know life without them. I would not be trying this if I hadn't tried everything else I could think of. Please help or if you know a way I may not have tried tell me a way. We are desperate. We have to find a place before August 5th. Thank you for any help.
