Holly is a spunky, sassy 8 year old Cocker Spaniel. She went blind in both eyes over the weekend of October 14th. Her diagnoses is Glaucoma, this is a build up of pressure in the eyes causing blindness and is extremely painful. Her doctors suggest a double Enucleation to remove both of her eyes.
Holly’s Story:
She was surrendered to Rescue late 2019 at no fault of her own and I begin fostering her right before the pandemic hit. In early 2021, the main hub the Rescue operated from and the Rescue President’s home experienced a devastating fire. With that being a total loss (all animals were safe), the Rescue had no choice but to close the doors before we could get her adopted out to a new family.
