Aug 1st I go into surgery. The operation will consist of lamonectomy l2-3 l4-5 posterolateral fusion of l4-5 pedecle screws from l2-3 and possible allograft. My wife and I are not eligible for cash assistance so we have decided to reach out to all our friends. The biggest problem we face is not being able to pay my insurance premiums.
