Hi, I’m Olivia, the heart behind Little Birds Coffee Co.
This all started while I was working at a thrift store. Every morning, I’d stop for Starbucks before my shift until one day I realized I could make my own drinks for less. So I bought a small espresso machine, started experimenting in my kitchen, and before long, I was bringing my creations to work. My coworkers noticed, loved them, and began asking for their own. That’s how it began, one cup at a time, right there in the break room of a thrift store.
When I left that job, I kept creating, testing flavors, learning techniques, and falling deeper in love with the process. My home kitchen became a little café, and my neighbors became regulars. Out of that came Little Birds Coffee Co. a cozy, handmade coffee brand built on warmth, creativity, and heart.
Now, I’ve been given an incredible opportunity to take Little Birds to the next level: a local business owner has offered me space to sell from, a chance to build my first real coffee counter. It’s a dream I didn’t think would happen this soon, and I want to make the most of it.
Our town, Rodeo, is small only 9,000 people and We don’t have many places to gather, grab a drink, or enjoy something special. Most people have to drive to the next city or catch public transit just to find a simple treat. I want to change that. I want Little Birds to be that place…a little light, right here in our own community. A spot where people can come for connection, comfort, and a cup made with love.

- A mobile coffee cart/counter setup for my new space
- Supplies, cups, syrups, and materials to serve my community
- Branding and finishing touches that make Little Birds feel magical
Supporting this campaign means more than funding coffee equipment, it means helping me bring something sweet and meaningful to Rodeo. It would be so easy for me to start my business in another city in the Bay Area but our town needs this and they are the ones supporting me now and I don’t want to turn my backs on them and chase a dollar eles where. Whether its picking up before they pick up their little ones from school, walking here because they don’t have a car but worth every step, or teachers at the local elementary school supporting me daily…I’m forever grateful to them. I don’t want to take that away, I want to add to our community not just be another business that pops up in popular city. It means giving our small town a place to gather, a place to be proud of, and a taste of something made with love. I want Little Birds to be theirs just as much as it is mine.
