Hi, this is Roman, until January of this year he was just a normal little 3 year old boy who liked monster trucks and playing with his little sister. Roman started having fevers the prior month and his mom and dad were having a problem suppressing them. Being flu season, initially mom and dad thought he’d merely caught the flu virus. After 4 doctors, nothing was working, so mom and dad decided to run some blood tests. Unfortunately, the tests came back with the word “cancer” attributed to them, with a specific word “Lukemia”. Roman’s mother needed to work, but Roman’s mother also needed to love and take care of her baby boy. Roman’s mom had to quit her job to be “Momma bear”!
Currently, Roman is periodically in pain and now at 4 years old, he’s often sick. If his temperature reaches over 101.4, he’s admitted into the hospital. Roman has to endure a feeding tube to get his nutrients, and “momma bear” is there for him. Once a week he needs to go to Indianapolis for treatment. As you can see, this takes an enormous toll on him and his family.
So, that’s where you come in. You all know me well enough to know, I wouldn’t be asking you to help if I didn’t feel like it was necessary. Some of you know and some don’t, I had a sick daughter many years ago and people like you came to help. This is my “pay it forward” moment! I’m asking you to do this, if you can’t afford a donation, PLEASE share this on every forum you possibly can and have others do the same. I.E. Facebook, Instagram, X. The goal was set at $25,000 with the following in mind. Roman’s treatment is going to take at least a year and a half. He has the family structure to assist in all appointments and treatment, but needs the financial help!
Now the good news!!!!😀😀 Leukemia has an 87% survival rate! With everyone’s help, we can make it a little easier for the family to deal with and we all get to be a part of Roman’s recovery! When Roman is back to monster trucks and being a big brother…..you get to say you helped! Whether it was a donation, sharing or both!
