Update from Hawk: "You may have heard that infamous music promoter “Handsome” Hawk Valentine got hit by a truck. Well, it is in fact true. 52yr old Vs pickup truck = 52 pickup! Mr Valentine was minding his own business walking in a crosswalk when a pickup truck barreled into him. He suffered a right broken ankle, a left side broken pelvis/hip/sacrum plus a fracture in a thoracic vertebrae. Hawk also has torn his left shoulder labrum rotator cuff plus some cuts and  bone bruising. The PTSD is real it but could’ve been worse. He is not dead or paralyzed and is expected to eventually fully recover. HHV says “Sometimes it’s good to be a big strong 6’2” 235 pound dude even if I am old.”Unfortunately the driver of the truck was minimally insured and is too poor to sue. Therefore friends of Hawk, please contribute a few dollars towards his recovery if you are able. Thank you so much!"
