My name is Diamond Bolling, your International Ms South Carolina 2025, and I am deeply passionate about empowering women, uplifting communities, and turning pain into purpose. I am a proud Spelman College graduate, a true Spelman woman committed to service, sisterhood, and social impact. As a community leader, health coach, and advocate, I’ve dedicated my life to helping women heal, evolve, and access lasting stability.
As the Founder and Executive Director of the HEAL Her Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to helping women heal. I’ve made it my life’s mission to create safe spaces where women can rediscover their strength and self-worth. In addition to my degree from Spelman College, I also earned a B.A. in Healthy Lifestyles Coaching with a minor in Digital Audiences from Arizona State University, a reflection of my commitment to lifelong learning and holistic wellness.
Beyond my work in advocacy, I’m a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, a UX Designer, and a proud mom of two amazing boys, Braxton and Bentley. I’m also a creative storyteller, speaker, and author who believes in the power of healing through art and service. Whether I’m coaching clients toward healthier lives, mentoring women through HEAL Her programs, or walking the runway to represent confidence and purpose, my goal remains the same: to inspire others to rise, no matter what they’ve overcome.
Launched in May 2022, STILL SHE ROSE® is a transformative wellness program for leaders, women, and teens in the pageant industry. Funded by the B4ACUSA Foundation, these initiatives promote wellness, self-care, positive body image, and the affirmation of one’s identity beyond pageantry.
As someone whose platform, HEAL Her Foundation, centers on restoration and self-worth, I’m deeply aligned with this mission. Like Still She Rose, I believe in empowering women to prioritize their well-being and celebrate every version of themselves, the healed, the healing, and the rising.
Competing for the International Ms USA title isn’t just about me, or winning a crown. It’s about representing us, our community, our resilience, and our evolution. It’s about honoring the women who came before me, following in the footsteps of my predecessors, and continuing the legacy they began, while shining a light on all the other stories still waiting to be told. I don’t seek to be the voice for women; I seek to be the mouthpiece that amplifies their voices, ensuring they are seen, heard, and given the space to heal and thrive the way we truly deserve to.
Every dollar sown into this campaign helps water the roots of resilience in women who are learning to bloom again.
When you give to Still She Rose, you’re not just donating, you’re declaring that healing matters, that confidence deserves to be restored, and that every woman’s story is worth rising from.
Your support fuels wellness programs, empowerment initiatives, and sisterhood spaces that remind women they are seen, valued, and never alone on their journey, women just like me on my journey.
So today, I’m inviting you to stand with me in purpose, not just in giving, but in healing a generation of women who deserve to rise again, because every dollar helps rebuild a woman’s crown. No amount is too small when it’s poured into purpose and given with heart.
Let’s make impact personal, and remind her that she still can, and Still She Rose, her story still blooms.

Still She Rose is a wellness program for leaders, women and teens in the pageant industry. Funded by the B4ACUSA Foundation, wellness program initiatives are open to all pageant community members.
The ROSE is symbolic of the spirit that grows within each of us when proper care and attention is applied.
Together, we can encourage wellness through self care, positive body image, renewed self esteem and affirmation of one's identity beyond pageantry. We aim to engage in a conversation of support, honesty, reflection and awareness, in order to promote wellness as the foundation of the pageant industry.
Because each of us can say, She Struggled; and Still She Rose.
