Please help me achieve my dream of going to grad school! Earlier this year I was accepted into the Master of Fine Arts Theatre program at Sarah Lawrence College in New York. It has always been my dream to be a working theatre artist! The education I would receive in this program would help me to do just that. I was just able to secure a job on campus that would cover my room & board at no cost, but I'm still struggling to pay tuition. Unfortunately I'm not currently eligible to take out any federal student loans and don't know how I'm going to be able to pay my tuition for the fall semester. I was also laid off from my job a couple months ago which has made everything very difficult. That job was my only source of income and the source I was relying on to help pay my tuition. I've waited a much longer time than I've wanted to even pursue this as I graduated from undergrad 8 years ago. It would mean the world to me to be able to pursue this program and education so that I can give back to my community and raise others up who don't have the same opportunities. Any assistance at all would be greatly appreciated!
