Aj was diagnosed with chronic pancreatitis a couple of weeks ago. Doctors said that he had only 10% of his pancreas left. The other 90% was necrosis which means that 90% of his pancreas is dead. He was in Capital Regional Hospital With a 40% chance of survival. After being in ICU for a few days without improving and organs starting to fail it was decided he was transferred to Barnes Jewish Hospital in St Louis Missouri where he is currently at. With lots of complications he has continued to fight and has finally made a turn to recovery. Aj Will have lots of medical needs from medicines to oxygen along with his everyday needs that he won’t be able to pay for due to not being able to work.  Please continue to pray for A.j.

update:

Aj had a follow up appointment at Barnes today.
He is still very weak and has lost 65 pounds. He is still swollen from fluids he is retaining and his abdomen is still enlarged from inflamed organs. He has no appetite and isn’t really able to eat. He also  has severe esophagitis from his feeding tube. Which causes pain, swelling, and chest pain while eating and causes food to get stuck in the esophagus He will need a lot of medical care and has 18 different prescriptions for now. Which cost more than $3500 a month. He doesn’t have any insurance so we applied for Medicaid and that can take up to 90 days. He also has a car payment which he only owes 1 more year on and of course his insurance each month. So we are praying for another miracle to be able to supply him with his medicines and medical care that he needs and some way for him to have the money to continue paying for his car. When some of his medicines are finished he won’t need all of them anymore. But will need several of them the rest of his life. And because he isn’t eating much he isn’t on any diabetic medicine at this time. But when he is able to eat he will more likely need insulin. And other meds. Aj will probably be off work for quite a while. So please can everyone continue to pray for him and for a speedy recovery and thank you all so very much for everything. 🙏❤️‍🩹
