In the past, the 4th of July has always been a big celebratory holiday for Amiericans. This is still a great holiday celebrating Indendence! My family & friends are focused this year on another holiday, JUNETEENTH, that doesn't quite have that notiriety of July 4th but it is hoped through this event and others, more awareness will be achieved.

This celebration will be hosted by cousins (Cuzins) of the Online Facebook Group "Luella's Legacy". Two (2)-days of fun OUTDOORS, Friday, June 18th & Saturday June 19th 2021. Things will kick off that Friday Evening with Tent and Tailgate set up. Attendees of this event are Friends and Family of long time Dowagiace familes: Collins and Clark's. The location will be on the block of Pokagon Street (209 - 215). This is a free event but we are hoping to raise funds to cover some of our expenses.
