Hey family and friends,

I have been giving my mom scares with my Frenchie ‘asthma’ - mostly because I want to do all the things she does….But I’m a Frenchie with a cute smashed face… She met another frenchie named Frank who had the same predicament and his dad recommended a fantastic veterinarian to fix my nasal passages and breathing airways. So she called to schedule a consultation with her and booked me in at her earliest available time  

I went in to meet my new doctor (who is super knowledgeable & caring) to also get my ears checked…. Doc diagnosed me with an infection and I needed treatment. So I had a panic attack while they were treating my ear infection and started  hyperventilating. Doc tried to calm me with oxygen for my asthma and asked if my mom could be brought back to calm me…it didn’t help enough so I got sedated, then they still want to put a breathing tube down my throat….then my doc said while I’m down we should make sure this doesn’t happen again because I could have died…. Soooo I ended up getting my eyelids lifted (laser zapped so my hairs don’t cause any more eye irritations and drainage), a nose job and my elongated soft palette shortened. 

If my mom hadn’t just paid for extra December expenses due to a different family emergency she wouldn’t need the extra money to cover my emergency operations.

Every single penny helps, we know it’s the holidays and spending extra in this economy is hard but I do in fact prefer to be alive as she’s a veteran and I’m her service dog with a big job to do!
