Hello! My name is Cristina and I am originally from the East Coast and grew up in Connecticut. My family is from New York and we have always had a deep love for food, especially baked goods and treats! New York (and the East coast) is home to some of the best food on the planet and I grew up striving to make my creations taste as good as the ones I grew up with both in my home with my Nana and out in the big city. Nana Christine is my maternal grandmother and taught me how to cook from when I could barely reach the stove. She has been a constant inspiration and motivation in my life and I can't think of a better way to honor her than to open this business with her classic recipes alongside my new take on goodies as well. My goal is to bring the New York bakery experience to the West Coast and spread love through food.
