Hi my name is Michael, I am a type 1 diabetic with high blood pressure. This has been going on for about 33 years now. Over the last 2 years my health has been impacted greatly which is the end result of Kidney Failure. I was hospitalized last week and have since started dialysis. I will be off work for a while and need funds to cover the cost of monthly bills to survive. Anything you can do will help.
