I have thought long and hard about asking for help for my daughter, but desperate times lead to desperate measures.Ā
Terese lives in DC and was working for the government and took the lay off. She was getting paid until the shut down happened. She then had a new job that was going to start with the government and the shut down happened. She was able to take care of October's rent, utilities and groceries. November is coming upon us soon and there is no income coming in due to the shutdown and rent is due.Ā
Terese has 5 children and is a single mom. She is trying her hardest to make ends meet now. I believe the shutdown will be going on for some time.Ā Terese has no idea that I have asked for this, but I do not want to see her lose her house and my grandchildren suffer.Ā
