Because each of us can say:
“She struggled… and still, she rose.” 🌹
My name is Analisa Barker, and I am honored to serve as International Mrs. Kentucky USA. As I prepare to represent Kentucky at the International Ms. USA Pageant, held on January 4th in Orlando, Florida.
As part of my initiative to the International Ms USA Pageant, I’m honored to help raise awareness and support for STILL SHE ROSE, a wellness program launched in May 2022 and funded by the B4ACUSA Foundation.
Still She Rose was created to encourage leaders, women, and teens in the pageant community—focusing on emotional wellness, self-care, positive body image, and the power of identity beyond the crown.
The ROSE is a symbol of the spirit within each of us that blooms when given care, attention, and love. Through this initiative, we open honest conversations about self-worth, balance, and confidence—helping women remember that their value isn’t defined by a title, but by who they are.
Your support helps continue these efforts—providing wellness resources, mentorship, and programs that encourage every woman to rise stronger, shine brighter, and know her worth.
We’ve all faced moments of darkness.
I’ve personally experienced seasons of hardship — through trauma, challenges, tragedy, change, heartbreak, life & loss. In those moments that felt hopeless, light and hope found me in the darkest of places. What once felt like an endless road became a journey of rediscovering perseverance & strength.
Instead of trying to escape the darkness all at once, I chose to take one step at a time toward the light. Looking back now, I see that the very things meant to break me actually helped me grow — shaping me into a woman who is now stepping fully into her bloom.
“I struggled… and still, I rose.” 🌹
My journey reminds me that if you’re in a season of darkness, you’re not alone. When you choose to take just one step each day toward the light, healing and strength begin to grow. You, too, can overcome — and you have someone who has walked through it ready to encourage you along the way.
You may be struggling… and still, you rose.🌹

Still She Rose is a wellness program for leaders, women and teens in the pageant industry. Funded by the B4ACUSA Foundation, wellness program initiatives are open to all pageant community members.
The ROSE is symbolic of the spirit that grows within each of us when proper care and attention is applied.
Together, we can encourage wellness through self care, positive body image, renewed self esteem and affirmation of one's identity beyond pageantry. We aim to engage in a conversation of support, honesty, reflection and awareness, in order to promote wellness as the foundation of the pageant industry.
Because each of us can say, She Struggled; and Still She Rose.
