My wife Samantha has been fighting Type 1 Diabetes for 18 years now and unfortunately, not only does she suffer from kidney failure and pancreatic failure but macular separation as well which has caused her to go blind in the right eye and if she doesn't get the surgery she needs, she will lose her vision in her left eye. As well, I'm the only income in our family and we just found out that her insurance will not cover it. I'm doing the best I can but I need help, every bit can help to save some of her vision.
